Integral Orthopedics

This talk excerpt presents Integral Orthopaedics as a holistic treatment approach that views pelvic torsion as an expression of a disorder of the autonomic nervous system. Integral orthopedics combine manual medicine, acupuncture and neural therapy and present integration techniques to treat stress reactions and their physical effects. Central elements are the integration of the nervous system, connective tissue and psyche, the release of stress blockages through navel, scar and aura integration and the activation of the body’s self-healing powers, with the navel being emphasized as a central connection point. The aim is to restore vegetative balance, relieve pain and promote body awareness and resilience.

Pelvic torsion

This talk discusses pelvic torsion as a sign of a regulatory disorder of the autonomic nervous system in which the fascial system is asymmetrically tense. Causes such as stress, trauma and interference fields are described, which can lead to physical and psychological complaints. The talk explains how we can recognize  pelvic torsion and our sources of stress with the integral stress test and gives instructions for self-treatment, with navel integration, scar integration and aura relief, with the aim of rebalancing the nervous system. Finally, orthobionomic treatment approaches for affected joints and the integration of pain zones are presented.

Stress and Vagus

We examine the effects of stress on the body and mind, with a particular focus on the autonomic nervous system, especially the vagus nerve, and the fascial system. We describe how chronic stress can disrupt the body’s ability to regulate between tension and relaxation, leading to a variety of physical and psychological complaints. We also discuss causes of stress, both internal and external, as well as methods of coping with stress and restoring inner balance. We emphasize the importance of the body’s self-healing powers and how these can be activated through the techniques of Integral orthopedics  and conscious mindfulness.

The magic of fascia and their matrix

The podcast describes fascia as a complex network in the body that wraps and connects muscles, organs and nerves, and emphasizes its role beyond its purely mechanical function. It is argued that fascia serves as a highly sensitive organ of perception and communication that is connected to the autonomic nervous system and can even store unprocessed emotions. The text draws parallels between fascial pathways and acupuncture meridians, suggesting an energetic dimension to fascia. Various therapies, such as exercise and manual techniques, are presented as important for releasing fascial adhesions and promoting healing processes. The text emphasizes the importance of fascia research for a better understanding of the connection between body, mind and environment and identifies open questions regarding its interaction with the energy field and consciousness.

Navelcenter and Hara

We examine the navel center or hara as an important energetic and physiological center of the body. The navel’s connection to the fascial network, the autonomic nervous system and the „abdominal brain“ is explained, emphasizing its role in stress responses, emotions and healing processes. Various therapeutic and spiritual traditions are presented that place the navel at the center of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Finally, practical exercises to strengthen and harmonize this center are described in order to improve the connection to one’s own body and the environment.
